Our Story

After years in the dental world, we’d seen the good, the bad, and the wildly overcomplicated. But what we hadn’t seen enough of was honesty, care, and a true partnership approach.

It all started over lunch, a chat between two people, sharing stories, frustrations, and a vision for something better. That conversation turned into something more than just an idea.

Discover Dental didn’t begin with spreadsheets, pitch decks, or a plan to "take a piece of the pie." It began with a simple question: Why can’t the dental industry be better supported?
‍We talked about the disconnect between big suppliers and dentists. About how conversations felt transactional. And how the support out there just didn’t feel… supportive.

Two people. One shared goal.
‍And when you think about it, that’s how a lot of great things begin.
- Apple started with two Steves in a garage.
- Ben & Jerry’s with two mates and an ice cream maker.
- Disney, Google, Innocent, Airbnb, they all began with the belief that something could be done better.

Our story has started with one engineer, one designer and one shared mission: to build a trusted support structure for the industry, practices and dentist's can rely on.
Because at the end of the day, we don’t just fix or fit dental equipment. We provide confidence in your equipment, so you can give that same confidence to your patients.

Meet The Team

I’ve been active in the dental industry for just over seven years, and during that time I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible people and on some truly unique projects; including finalising the designs and equipping the 24-surgery Invisalign Experience Studio by The London Orthodontic Clinic, in the heart of London.
I specialise in understanding the needs of our customers, from dental equipment, practice design, and transitioning to a digital workflow, helping dentists turn their dream practices into a reality.

What I love most about my work is the people. I am the key point of contact for clients' projects. I’m relentless when it comes to solving problems and pushing things forward.

I believe in leading by example, treating everyone as people first, and delivering both honesty and timely results. That’s the core of everything we do at Discover Dental.

When I’m not working (which isn’t often), I’m probably out walking my dogs, watching a movie with my very understanding wife, or being kept on my toes by my son Evan, who also works with Discover Dental as a freelance video editor and currently studying film at Bournemouth University. I’m also a tech addict and a qualified commercial drone pilot, so don’t be surprised if I turn up to a site survey with a drone in the boot.

A fun fact about me is: I used to be a stand-up comedian on the London circuit, but these days I stick to making clients laugh in meetings.

I’ve been in the dental industry for over 21 years, and in that time, I’ve developed a specialty in digital dental engineering, from CBCT scanners and intraoral X-rays to processors and digital scanners. If it plugs in and helps dentists work smarter, I’ve probably installed it, serviced it, or rebuilt it.  

One of the things I’m most proud of is being able to repair equipment that others have written off. I enjoy finding solutions where people said there were none, it’s a challenge I live for. I'm not one to walk away until the job is done, and my focus is always on delivering real, working results.

My journey started as a Practice Manager, where I saw firsthand the frustration that comes with equipment downtime. I became the solution out of necessity, and over time, it became my passion. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for operational efficiency, empathy for practice teams, and a drive to provide solutions that genuinely make a difference.
What I love most about this industry is the people, every day brings a new practice, a new team, and a new opportunity to help someone. Clients know I’m dedicated, straightforward, and always looking out for their best interests.

Outside of work, I’m a bit of a foodie. I love discovering new restaurants and dishes, then trying to recreate them at home. I also find a lot of peace in gardening, and I keep a marine aquarium, it keeps me grounded and reminds me to be patient.

I’ve got a dream to visit every country in the world and in 2025 I will be ticking another country off my list and visiting Venezuela to install a Dental Chair for a very special charity close to our hearts.

Hi, I’m Kieran. I’ve been in dental engineering for over six years now, though I got into it in a pretty unusual way. I met a guy in a pub in Cornwall who offered me a job, and as luck would have it, I turned out to be a natural. With my background in electrical work, the technical side of things clicked straight away, and I haven’t looked back since.

I specialise in reactive callouts, being the go to person when something’s gone wrong. I love the challenge of problem-solving on the spot and the variety of travelling across the country, meeting new people, and helping keep practices running smoothly. My approach is always to repair where possible, rather than replace, and I make a point of explaining everything in plain English, no fancy words, just clear and honest communication.

I’m reliable, and I've been told I'm down-to-earth, and always up for a challenge. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I’ve been doing it for years now.
And here’s a fun fact: I actually won SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2020.

If I wasn’t working in dentistry, I’d probably be a firefighter.
I love the quote from Marcus Aurelius: "You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realise this, and you will find strength.

Sales Support Executive 

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’ve recently joined Discover Dental as a Sales Support Executive and am excited to be stepping into the dental industry. My background is in project management, where I coordinated large-scale hotel refurbishments, including standout projects like 250 City Road and the Staybridge Suites in Manchester.

I’m known for being a top-notch coordinator and a bit of a conversation queen, I love getting to know people, and once I start chatting, I don’t often stop! Building strong relationships is at the heart of how I work. I’m rarely short of something to say (just ask anyone who’s tried to interrupt me mid-story!).

Outside of work, I’m happiest walking in the mountains or exploring the Italian Lakes with my husband, daughter, and friends. We especially love road-tripping through Switzerland and discovering new and exciting places along the way.

go, see, do, and feel it all.
